Welcome to the first of its kind – a crepe and waffle restaurant in the heart of Amsterdam! We offer sweet and savory treats, including the famous Stroopwafel, baked fresh right in front of you.

These days, you can find “freshly” made waffles and crepes throughout the city, but we were once the only shop to have these tasty treats made-to-order. Today, we continue to offer the freshest ingredients and delicious combinations – all day long! Stop in and try a crepe for breakfast or lunch or have a sweet snack with hot coffee.

Our savory menu includes fresh eggs (cracked right in front of you) and vegetables, crispy bacon and chorizo, and a secret savory crepe batter. The sweet menu has ingredients you won’t find anywhere else – like cheesecake cream, Stroopwafel pieces, a homemade vanilla sauce, tiramisu, and even brownies! Of course, we also offer the classic Nutella crepe, upgraded in our special homemade sweet crepe batter.

Our dishes are made-to-order (not sitting in a window for days and heated up in a microwave) and by staff who specialize in creating perfect crepes and waffles. With an excellent location just off Dam Square and an incredibly friendly environment, Crepes & Waffles is the perfect place to have a meal or a break while enjoying Amsterdam.

For something truly unique, try our Dutch Stroopwafel waffles, with each dough ball weighing 80g! Or go for a Liège waffle, known for its sugar pearls and deliciously sweet crunch. Whether you're in the mood for a savory or sweet experience, we have something for everyone.
